Indian Center for Advancement of Research and Education, Haldia (ICARE) set up in 1995, is a non-profit making voluntary organization.
HIDSAR started Bachelor of Dental surgery (BDS) program from the session 2007-08 with the affiliation of West Bengal University of Health Sciences and is recognized by Dental Council of India and Ministry of Health and family Welfare Govt. of India.
