Haldia Law College (HLC) established in 2002, under the humble patronage of Dr. Lakshman Seth, serves as one of the pioneer institutions of this country in the field of law. Haldia Law College, an institution of Indian Centre for Advancement of Research and Education (ICARE), is affiliated to the Vidyasagar University, West Bengal and approved by the Bar Council of India. 2 LL.B 80 A candidate aspiring to get admission for the three years law course of the college is required to be a graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from any discipline with 45% marks in the aggregate. 3 Master Of Law, LLM 40 Two Year LL.M. Course (Four Semester Course): A candidate aspiring to get admission for the LL.M Course of the College is required to have passed the LL.B. (Graduate examination in Law) with not less than 50% marks for General Students and 45% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC students.
