Indian Center for Advancement of Research and Education, Haldia (ICARE) set up in 1995, is a non-profit making voluntary organization.
Haldia Institute of Management is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) and is situated at ICARE Complex.The institute was established in 2004 keeping in mind the growing need of health care managers and administrators. The Institute is running successfully over a decade and has been able to place students in numerous hospitals in West Bengal as well as in different parts of India
